Your cooperation in helping to maintain clean campsites and clean sanitary facilities is appreciated.

CAMPERS OR VISTIORS WHO WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE LISTED RULES and/or INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THIS CAMP IMMEDIATELY.

Reservation Policy

We at Camp Chautauqua strongly suggest reservations during the summer months; however, it is well advised that you make reservations at all time, guaranteeing you a campsite. Reservations can be made by phoning 1-800-578-4898; using your credit card and providing us with size of your unit and type of campsite you desire. You may mail your reservation in with your request and enclose your check. All reservations require a minimum one-night deposit to be confirmed. Additional cost i.e. days of stay, boat charges, guests, ect., will be charged on your arrival. All holiday weekends require a minimum 3 night pre-paid reservation which is NON REFUNDABLE.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We do not want you to be dissatisfied. We know that those of you who have not been here before do not know much about our facilities. Consequently, we will refund your campsite fee if you are not satisfied with our facilities. We ask you to inspect our campground upon arrival. If for any reason, you wish to leave within one hour of check-in – fee will be refunded. Simply stop at the office and explain your situation within that hour. You can bet that we will do anything possible to make you satisfied. When you camp at Camp Chautauqua your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Registration Building

During the summer season upon entering the Camp Chautauqua entrance, you will approach our Welcome Center. THIS IS WHERE YOU CHECK-IN. Here, you will be greeted by one of our staff, registered and assigned your campsite. You will be told all about our campground and then assisted by our staff in any way to start you on an excellent camping experience. During the busy summer season our gates are open from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Please try to arrive before 11:00. However, if you arrive
when an attendant is NOT stationed at the gate house, you should use the call box to announce your arrival. The call box may also be used in an event of an emergency, or
call 716-789-4950.

Camp Passes

All campers must have passes for both car and boat. Upon registering you are given a pass for your car and boat. These passes must be affixed to your car’s rear view mirror. Your boat pass must be placed on the window of your boat or in a prominent spot in the boat bow. These passes must be used correctly to be ensure your safety and security.
