MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Help us kick off our 40th camping season! There's no better way to say hello to summer than enjoying friends & family around the campfire, launching the boat for the first time of the season, enjoying a live band at the pavilion and watching fireworks over the lake.


May 30th - Jun 1st

Flashback to 1968

Travel back in time with us this weekend and enjoy campsites priced back to $7. Bell bottoms are optional. Enjoy a live band, wine & cheese party and a cookout.


Jun 13th - Jun 15th

OPEN HOUSE

Thinking of buying a new boat or RV? This is the weekend for you! In addition to 1/2 price campsites, we'll be hosting a boat and RV show. While shopping enjoy a hotdog, a cold Pepsi, and chips for $1.25. Chicken BAR-B-QUE Saturday 5-7

July 4th Weekend

This a weekend not to be missed! With a camp picnic including a hotdog roast, Pepsi, and chips for $1.25, golf cart parade, live band, fireworks and flares around the lake on the 4th, there's something for everyone to enjoy on our nation's birthday!

Join us at the Movies

Take another trip back in time with us and enjoy a drive-in movie with family and friends underneath the stars.

Thanksgiving In July Pot-Luck

Great start for the season. Bring a dish to pass and we'll have a joyous get-together. We'll supply the turkey and the music!


Jul 25th - Jul 27th

Christmas in July

Enjoy the twinkle of Christmas lights and decorations throughout the campground. Join in on the fun and decorate your camping unit. Competition is fierce with prizes given to the best and most innovative displays.

Light judging and winners announced on the 26th. Tell your kids to bring their wish lists as Santa arrives by boat on the 26th. Meet him at the pool at 2:00 pm.

Festival of Lights

Celebrate the holiday's in warmer weather while surrounded by the sparkle of thousands of lights!


Aug 2nd

New Year's Eve Ball

Wind down our Festival of Lights celebration with us by ringing in the "New Year" with a live band at the pavilion.


Aug 9th

Special Christian Breakfast

Saturday, August 9th, 8:30 am in the pavilion.
This event is a big one at Camp Chautauqua. Open to all. A ticket must be purchased in advance, as seating is limited. Tickets are available at the main office or by mail.

The cost is $5.00 per person (full breakfast buffet). Enjoy Christian music, speakers, and fellowship.

Gospel Night
The day ends with our eighth annual gospel night. This is a night of great praise & music - soloists, groups and instrumentalists.

It is open to everyone and enjoyed by all ages.

Family Weekend

This is a great time to spend with the kids. Activities include bounce challenge, face painting, crafts and other activities all day long. Join us. There will be fun for all at the live band on the 16th!

Show Me What You've Got!

Mutt Show 2:00 pm
At the pavilion. Dress up your mutts. Rehearse your tricks. Show off your dog. Prizes - Fun for all - Bring your camera.

Pot Luck - Wine & Cheese Party 5:30 pm
Featuring Merritt Estate Winery at Pavilion

Talent - No-Talent Show 7:30 pm
Show at the pavilion. If you have talent or if you don't, perform anyway. Too much fun to miss.


Aug 29th - Sep 1st

Labor Day Weekend

No labor this weekend. Time to relax. Join in as we bury "Old Man Summer" with a parade procession, casket burning pageantry and live band at 7:30 pm Saturday night.


Sep 12th - Sep 14th

Fall Ball

This event is the BIG EVENT of the year. The Fall Ball marks the end of the summer season and also incorporates, this year, the HALLOWEEN theme.

Join us on Saturday for the pig roast, ball, band and fireworks. Make it a costume ball and you will be eligible for a prize for best costume.

The price for the weekend per family is $99.00. Executive $120.00. This includes campsite and festivities. Remember to get your reservations in early.
