MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Help us kick off the camping season with Memorial Day Weekend! There is no better way to say hello to the summer than camping with friends & family around the campfire, launching the boat for the first time of the season and enjoying a live band at the pavilion on Saturday night. Along with an adventurous Scavenger Hunt for kid in the afternoon!


Jun 18th - Jun 20th

OPEN HOUSE

Thinking of buying a new boat of RV? Or wanting to trade in or upgrade? Then this is the weekend for you! In addition to 1/2 price campsites, we'll be hosting a boat and RV show. While shopping, enjoy a hotdog, cold Pepsi and chips for $1.25. And don't forget the Chicken B-B-Q, bonfire, and live band on Saturday night!


Jul 2nd - Jul 5th

July 4th Weekend

This is one weekend in the summer no one wants to miss! Starting Saturday with the camp picnic including a hotdog roast, cold Pepsi's and chips for $1.25, decorated bike and golf cart parade, and a live band that evening at the pavilion. The celebration continues on Sunday the 4th with a live DJ poolside as fireworks and flares go off over the lake and everyone joins in to celebrate our nation's birthday!

Ice Cream Social & A Night at the Movies

Join us Saturday afternoon for an old fashion ice cream social and build your own sundea! Let's see who can build the most interesting sundea in the camp! Later that evening join us in the meadow for a "Night at the Moive" being your blanket and popcorn, and enjoy a nice relaxing night with your family underneath the stars!

Wet 'n'Wild Weekend & Thanksgiving In July Potluck

In the middle of July is always the hottest part of the summer! Join us for some fun in the sun, while we cool down with a wet & wild weekend - and see what we have in store! From waterslides to balloon tosses, no one will go to their campsites dry! And later on is our annual wine tasting & Thanksgiving Potluck dinner at the pavilion with a bonfire to follow.


Jul 23rd - Jul 25th

Christmas In July

Enjoy the twinkle of the Christmas lights and decorations throughout the campground. Join in ont he fun and docorate your camping unit. Competition is fierce with prizes given to the best and most innovation displays. - Light judging and winners announced on the following weekend at the New Years Even Ball. - Tell your kids to bring their wish lists as Santa arrives by boat on the 24th. Meet him at the pool at 2:00pm


Jul 23rd - Aug 1st

Festival of Lights

Celebrate the holiday's in warmer weather while surrounded by the sparkle of thousands of lights! The park as well as many campers decorate to make the lighting display something you don't want to miss

Family Relay Day & New Years Eve Ball

Join us Saturday the 31st for a day of family fun, pair up and do some relay's! Who remember's the three-legged race? The spoon and egg? The greases melon? It's sure to be fun - to do and watch!

Later that night is the Annual New Years Eve Ball where the winners of the Christmas in July Lights Contest will be announced and there will also be a live band.


Aug 7th

Christian Breakfast

Saturday, August 7th, 8:30 am in the pavilion.
This event is a big one at Camp Chautauqua. Open to all. A ticket must be purchased in advance, as seating is limited. Tickets are available at the main office or by mail.

The cost is $6.50 per person (full breakfast buffet). Enjoy Christian music, speakers, and fellowship.

It is open to everyone and enjoyed by all ages.


Aug 7th

Yard Sale Day & Pot Luck Dinner

The first Yard Sale Day at Camp Chautauqua! Set up your own yard sale at your site - or go and check out other yard sales. You never know what treasure you might find! End the day at the pavilion by bringing a dish to pass at the Pot Luck Dinner and get to know someone you didn't already know, that might be a long time camper here or a first time camper!


Aug 13th - Aug 15th

Family Weekend

This is agreat time to spend with the kids! Activities include bounce challenge, face painting, crafts and other activities all day long! Join us! There will be fun for all at the pavilion with Timez Up Sound on Saturday night!


Aug 21st

Corn Hole/Corn Roast

Come and see how many corn holes you can make or how much corn you can down at the first annunal corn hole/corn roast! Join in on the friendly camp competition - then relax in the evening with the live band at the pavilion.


Aug 27th - Aug 29th

Play-By-Play Weekend

Help us kick off the football season with a flag football game for all ages in the meadow Saturday afternoon. Followed by a tailgate party - bring a dish to pass - as we show one of the preseason games on the big screen in the center meadow!


Sep 3rd - Sep 6th

Labor Day Weekend

There will be no labor this weekend! Time to relax and enjoy the last weekend of summer and prepare to enjoythe wonderful fall! We know the Labor Day weekend is where all the fun of the fall starts! Don't forget to be at the pavilion for the band and bonfire Saturday night!


Sep 17th - Sep 19th

Fall Ball

This event is the BIG EVENT of the year. The Fall Ball marks the end of the summer season and also incorporates, this year, the HALLOWEEN theme.

Join us on Saturday for the pig roast, ball, band and fireworks. Make it a costume ball and you will be eligible for a prize for best costume.

The price for the weekend per family is $99.00. Executive $120.00. This includes campsite and festivities. Remember to get your reservations in early.
